TEMPEST testing is required to ensure that no unintentional compromising emissions occur from cryptographic and other equipment processing classified information. EMC Technologies TEMPEST engineer are accredited for TEMPEST Certification by the UK Technical Authority CESG at GCHQ, Cheltenham (Recognised by the Defence Signals Directorate). Our Melbourne Manager has over 12 years experience in the field both in Australia and in the UK.

'Right first time' is the only standard that can be applied to defence related products or services. Our expertise and extensive test capabilities ensure that this is the case for all customers defence-related products.

Our personnel conduct engineering investigations to isolate TEMPEST problems and recommend corrections or countermeasures to ensure that the system can operate with no compromise of security. We also provide engineering analysis of proposed new systems and engineering change proposals to determine which TEMPEST specifications and/or counter measures should be utilised in the design.

We can provide comprehensive TEMPEST Test Plans and guidance for conducting testing and mitigation of potential problems.
