EMC Technologies Brisbane - State of the art test facilites

EMC Technologies provides NATA accredited Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing right here in Brisbane. We are located just 15kms south of the CBD in the suburb of Acacia Ridge.

An Open Area Test Site (OATS) complements the lab, and is located between Ipswich and Boonah, just 50 minutes drive from the laboratory.

We can offer C-tick, CE , FCC and most other EMC tests at the facility.

NATA accredited immunity testing is also provided.

Major Upgrade

We have recently commissioned a semi-anechoic chamber for fully compliant radiated immunity testing to EN61000-4-3 over the range 80 MHz to 1000MHz. NATA accreditation is pending. The chamber can performance is up to 18 GHz and can also be used for MIL-STD 461/2 tests, Automotive tests and accurate pre-compliance Open Area Test Site measurements.

We have recently commissioned test equipment to perform EN61000-3-2/3 (harmonics and flicker) for the CE requirements.

The recent upgrade means that the all CE marking tests are carried out in Brisbane without the need to travel to Melbourne or Sydney for any of the common CE marking tests.

Open Area Test Site (OATS) Facilities

The Open Area Test Site is located on the Ipswich-Boonah Road, just outside Peak Crossing in the village of Milbong. The site offers the following facilities:-
