EMRMap
EMR/EME Prediction and Modeling Software
EMRMap has been developed by EMC Technologies to perform EMR modeling. It has
been thoroughly validated and verified and is the major tool used by EMC
Technologies and other organizations for carrying out NATA accredited EMR
modeling and predictions assessments to establish ARPANSA (ICNIRP) and ACA
compliance. Validation of the prediction algorithms and the outputs of the
software are the key components of the independent peer assessment carried out
by NATA during the accreditation and ongoing audit processes. The software was
developed in-house by practicing EMR experts to quickly and efficiently cover
the needs of all sectors of the telecommunications and broadcasting industries.
A major advantage of EMRMap is that it is constantly improved as a result of
user feedback provided by EMC Technologies engineers who use the software for
NATA accredited EMR prediction assessments.
Besides its very competitive price, EMRMap features include:
• Meets MCF requirements for production of environmental EME assessments of base
stations, ARPANSA reports, Radiocommunications Site Management Books (RCSMB) and
Site Radiation Folders (SRF).
• Import and export MCF XML format data (exchange files with other software)
• Advanced map imaging, importing maps and drawings in vector and bitmap
formats. Uses CorelDraw 12 to produce drawings of rooftops and structures.
CorelDraw 12 is capable of importing/exporting Visio files. This makes it
possible to import/export Visio drawings as used in the MCF data format.
• Background diagrams, plans, etc can be scanned and edited using other graphics
programs to be shown as a background on hazard diagrams. (CorelDraw 12 required)
• All Types of Radio Systems all cellular, broadcast, radio communications
Multi-site, Multi system including CDMA 800, AMPS 800, GSM 900, GSM 1800, 3G,
Non Broadcast, radio comms, paging, amateur Cellular Systems two-way systems.
• User defined scaling.
• Cumulative and individual EME Assessments to ARPANSA (ICNIRP),
AS/NZS2772.1(int) and AS/NZS 2772.2 standards. Configurable for most
international standards including IEEE/ANSI C95.1, C95.3, FCC OET65.
• Plan and elevation assessment views
• Pie Charts for individual/multiple transmitter/licensee EMR contribution at
define points.
• Marker height scan assessment
• Antenna edit facility for setting up and importing standard pattern files
allows you to build pattern libraries including many cellular, broadcast, radio
comms, microwave link antennas
• Automated Reports (Using Microsoft Word) includes ARPANSA report, EMR Hazard
report, radial plots, marker plots, pie charts. Reports can be tailored to
specific requirements.
• Centralised antenna data library with editor to input your own antenna data
• Database compatible antenna libraries and site configuration data can be
imported and exported to and from other popular formats. (eagle planet etc)
• User friendly operation includes help files and online support.
• System Requirements:
- Runs on Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000 and XP operating systems
- 512 MB RAM recommended.
- Microsoft Office 2000 +
- CorelDraw 12
